How Story Informs Purpose

Stories are constantly knocking on the heart of humanity.

And without these appropriate, soulful stories our culture can struggle to grow. This is because we lose the ability to recognize the importance of ‘overcoming obstacles’ and the discipline to ‘protect our hope’, which is what fuels our vision and passion to create a brighter future.

Being on purpose is what leads to true happiness… Knowing we have a purpose literally creates more creativity and confidence, simply because we feel part of something greater than ourselves. Knowing that our story is of value and that people see us as trustworthy gives us a brightness of future that we can build on.

Your real purpose in life is to add value by using your gifts, doing what you love.

How to get there – You have to get clear on what your gifts are followed by identifying what you really love to do. I know, it sounds simple and it is, but it does take a little unpacking to find out what your true talents are.

You may need some support on your journey of identifying your purpose – However, all you need to do to start the process, is have a desire to know. And it’s in the owning of your story that begins to inform your purpose, which ultimately helps you build the confidence to grow an authentic culture around your brand, project or idea. (purpose)

Here are a few insightful facts on how and why stories are so powerful and how they help us find meaning and purpose in our life.
